A: shows an increase in MAP by 55 mmHg and integrated RSNA by 37% during the initial period of ischemia. B: demonstrated that the responses are reproducible, since MAP increased by 52 mmHg and integrated RNSA increased by 33% during the second period of ischemia after treatment with the vehicle (2% NaHCO3, 2 ml iv).
