CD117 and GFP positivity were assessed in A2AAR+/+ (B–D) and ubiquitous green fluorescent protein (uGFP) BMC (E–G) mouse primary heart mast cells (mPHMCs; B and E), mouse primary lung mast cells (mPLMCs; C and F), and mouse primary peritoneal mast cells (mPPMCs; D and G). For both mPHMCs and mPLMCs, cultured cells from uGFP BMC mice were GFP positive in >90% of all cells, whereas <50% of all cells from the peritoneum (mPPMCs) of uGFP mice were GFP positive.
