Alteration of the mixed lymphocyte response by Δ⁹-THC at Day 3 (A), Day 4 (B), or Day 5 (C) in C57BL/6 wild-type and CB₁^−/−/CB₂^−/− splenocytes. Stimulator cells from DBA/2 mice were isolated and inactivated with 40 μg/ml mitomycin C. Responder cells from each C57BL/6 wild-type or CB₁^−/−/CB₂^−/− mice were isolated.
