| ◦ Significant trauma | |
| ◦ Major surgery | |
| ◦ Haemoptysis | |
| ◦ Documented ulcerative gastrointestinal disease | |
| ◦ Manifest or recent severe or dangerous bleeding | |
| • Allergy to streptokinase or t-PA | |
| • Systolic blood pressure of less than 80 mmHg during more than 5 minutes with clinical symptoms of shock |
