Contraindications alteplase.

• Reduced consciousness
• Paralysis
• Arterial hypertension (systolic pressure > 180 mmHg)
• Known or suspected haemorrhagic diathesis
• Possible pregnancy
• Any history of stroke
• In the past 3 months
 ◦ Significant trauma
 ◦ Major surgery
 ◦ Haemoptysis
 ◦ Documented ulcerative gastrointestinal disease
 ◦ Manifest or recent severe or dangerous bleeding
• Allergy to streptokinase or t-PA
• Systolic blood pressure of less than 80 mmHg during more than 5 minutes with clinical symptoms of shock
