• Reduced consciousness | |

◦ Significant trauma | |
◦ Major surgery | |
◦ Haemoptysis | |
◦ Documented ulcerative gastrointestinal disease | |
◦ Manifest or recent severe or dangerous bleeding | |
• Allergy to streptokinase or t-PA | |
• Systolic blood pressure of less than 80 mmHg during more than 5 minutes with clinical symptoms of shock |
