A : Brain computed tomography scan shows huge right temporo-parietal intracerebral hematoma. B : CT (computed tomography) angiogram demonstrates a right middle cerebral artery bifurcation aneurysm measuring 12.0×5.7 mm in size. C : Immediate postoperative CT scan reveals evacuation of the hematoma. D : One month later, CT shows infarction in the right temporal lobe.
