Structures of cytoprotective benzodiazepinones Undifferentiated CSM14.1 cells were treated with thapsigargin (15 μm) and with various concentrations of hit compounds (PubChem, pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov). Cellular ATP levels were measured in triplicate, and data were normalized to calculate the mean (±S.D.) concentration of compounds required to maintain 50% cell survival following treatment with thapsigargin (EC50).
