The data show the latent form activity as 1 in the endometrium on Day 0 of the estrous cycle (E0). The latent form MMP-2 is about 72 kDa in size and the active form is about 67 kDa. Triplicate repeat analyses were performed for each sample and the mean +/- SEM is shown after being analyzed by NIH image as outlined in the method section of the text. The tissue sample numbers is shown in Table 1. Different letters above each bar indicate significant difference at P < 0.05.
