Direction, under- or overrepresentation of double SH homozygotes. Under a χ2 test with 1 d.f. we can detect a significant underrepresentation only when we find two or fewer double homozygotes in 120 genotyped individuals. Therefore, this test is relatively conservative with respect to detecting underrepresented double homozygotes. Supplemental Table 2 gives results for all pairwise and single tests of allelic and genotypic distortion.
