^aStandards were generated by in vitro transcription of cloned UL37 unspliced (Un), UL37x1 PA (PA), and UL37x1-UL37x2 cDNAs. Known amounts of the RNAs were reverse transcribed, and the corresponding cDNAs were serially diluted and added to standard reactions.
