Expressed 89.6P envelope proteins are recognized by a panel of anti-envelope antibodies in IP reactions. The ³⁵S-labeled envelope glycoproteins from infected-cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-envelope MAbs, boiled with SDS and 2-ME, and analyzed by SDS-PAGE. BNSP-333 lysates were loaded into lanes 1, 4, 7, 10, and 13; BNSP-89.6P-RVG samples are in lanes 2, 5, 8, 11, and 14; and BNSP-333-89.6P-RVG-SOS samples are in lanes 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15.
