NT control wound parameters were set to 1. TPRP treatment induced the highest histological stimulation of the wound tissues when compared to both PRP treatment and NT controls. Previously frozen TPRP and PRP failed to achieve the same levels of angiogenic stimulation, although frozen TPRP still exhibited some potential to induce stromal cell proliferation.
