Inability of T_reg cells of BWF1 mice to suppress in vitro antibody production induced by CD25⁻ CD4⁺ T cells of aged BWF1 mice. Concentration of IgG antibody in the culture supernatant was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay after co-culture of T cells and B cells in the following combinations for 5 days.
