Tumor cells are arranged in true perivascular pseudorosettes (A) and ependymal rosettes (B). Tumor cells show positive immunoreactivity for GFAP (C). Ultrastructural examination revealed compact arrangement of the tumor cells interlacing with the cytoplasmic process and abundant intermediate filaments in the cytoplasmic process.
