(B) Indirect immunofluorescence microscopy of BHK-21 cells infected with the indicated viruses. Cells were fixed at 3 hrs post infection, permeabilized and stained using anti-LcrV monoclonal antibodies (MAbs), followed by an AlexaFlour-594 secondary antibody.
