Changes in rCBV are reported for the average over 30 min after amphetamine administration. These data represent animals studied at 2.5 mg/kg amphetamine. Ten animals were treated with MPTP. One was excluded from this table because the animal was scanned with 1.5 mg/kg amphetamine. The other animal excluded from the table was the animal with only a partial lesion and no symptoms. Cx, Cortex; VTA, ventral tegmental area.
