Unfilled circles represent wild-type neurons (n=7 for p14 neurons; n=21 for p28 neurons); filled circles represent neurons from Fmr1 knockout animals (n=15 and 32 for p14 and p28 neurons respectively). Data are presented as average ± s.e.m. ANOVA revealed significant differences in distribution (Group × Radius) of dendritic arbor for p14 (A), but not for p28 animals (B), and found no differences in the numbers of branch segments of each order for each group (C-D).
