Phenotypic analysis of lung fibroblast cultures. Whole lung mince digested with collagenase IV from control unchallenged animals or chronic CRA allergen-challenged animals was cultured in six-well plates for 48 hours and analyzed by flow cytometry for expression of TERT (A), TERT and c-kit (B), or α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) (C) as described.
