Inhibition of cell-cell Tax transfer. The reporter cell line 293T-GFP, expressing GFP in the presence of HTLV-1 Tax, was cocultured for 72 h with HTLV-1-infected C91PL cells previously treated (or not) with 100 μM polyanion, 10 μM peptide, or 1:10 diluted sera.
