Figure 2. — Phylogenetic tree constructed for partial 16S rDNA sequences (1351 bp) of 46 streptomycetes isolated from the surface microlayer in the Trondheim fjord, Norway. The tree also contains some of the closest matches from BLAST searches. The 16S rDNA sequence from Micromonospora sp DSM 44397 is included to root the tree.
