Relative luciferase ratios are given for the cell lines transfected with psiCHECK2 constructs containing 3′ UTR sequences of potential miR-155 target genes. Error bars indicate the SD for three replicate experiments. AGTR1 (DEV), ZNF537 (DEV, L1236), FGF7 (DEV, L1236), ZIC3 (DEV), MAF (L1236), and IKBKE (L1236) show increased expression after miR-155-specific inhibition.
