The study period ranged from 150 to 330 days to compare Pten+/−Irs2+/+ with Pten+/−Irs2−/− mice and from 150 to 400 days to compare Pten+/−Irs2+/+ with Pten+/−Irs+/− mice. Noninvasive tumors were found in prostate, uterus, colon, and adrenal medulla. No statistical differences were evident.
