(A) Saos2 cells were either untreated or treated with 5, 10 and 15 Gy of ionizing radiation for 4 h then harvested. Western blot experiments were performed with antibodies to endogenous FOXO3a (top) and tubulin (bottom). (B) Saos2 cells were either untreated or treat with 10 Gy of ionizing radiation. After 30 min, 1, 2 and 4 h, whole cell lysates were prepared and then Western blot experiments were performed with antibodies to endogenous FOXO3a (top) and tubulin (bottom).
