This model included age, diabetes, albumin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-cholesterol, calcium, phosphorus, Ca x P, iPTH, hs-CRP, average systolic pressure, average diastolic blood pressure, average mean arterial pressure, average heart rate, average pulse pressure, left ventricular mass index, interventricular septal thickness, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, left ventricular end-diastolic volume, left ventricular end-systolic volume, left atrial diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction (model; p=0.001, R²=0.297). Diabetes mellitus was used as dummy variable. Diabetes mellitus and non-diabetes mellitus were assigned values of 1 and 0, respectively. PP, pulse pressure.
