Squamous morules (asterisk) may be seen in a variety of glandular contexts (arrow) including: Class A (left), normal appearing glands; Class B (center) localized glandular lesion lacking sufficient density or cytologic changes for EIN; or Class C (right), premalignant EIN lesions having altered gland cytology and gland area in excess of stromal area.
