The log₂ ratios of each indicated sample comparison were used for the analysis. Clustering was separately performed at each time point with Cluster [58] using the uncentered Pearson correlation and complete linkage clustering. Results were visualized with Treeview [58]. Blue indicates negative values, yellow positive values and black zero, as shown on the color scale at the bottom of the figure.
