For each genotype and condition, root length in at least six seedlings was measured in each experiment. For 307 and 3394 values represent mean ± SE of 12 (NAA), 7 (NPA) and three (PCIB) independent experiments. For 3306 values represent mean ± SE of three independent experiments (for all effectors).
