DAPT prolongs SOCE in DRG neurons. Neurons were treated in culture with the indicated concentration of DAPT or DMSO (control) for 48 hours. Cells were washed for 15 minutes before beginning the recording. Both wash and recording periods are in the absence of vehicle or drug.
