The working silver/silver chloride electrode was inserted into the stem (A–C) or the tuber (D). The frequency of scanning was 10,000 samples per second. The volume of soil was 0.5 L. The soil around the plant was treated with water every day. Room temperature was 22°C. Humidity was 45–50%.
