Endogenous Gαs and Gαq colocalize with MHCI and their unstimulated cognate receptors (β2R and M3R). After fixation, cells were double-labeled with rabbit anti-Gαs or Gαq, and with mouse anti-MHCI antibody (A) or mouse anti-HA to detect β2 and M3 receptors (B) in the presence of saponin. This was followed by fluorescently conjugated secondary antibodies. Paired insets show areas of colocalization. Images shown are representative of experiments that were repeated three times.
