Figure 7. — Time course for the binding of ergot compounds to DS-MIP at room temperature (28 ± 1 °C). Binding studies were conducted in 4:1 (v/v) methanol/water using 12.5 mg of polymer and 12.5 μg of each ergot in a final volume of 5 mL (4.1–10.5 μM). At equilibrium, analytes were quantitated in the filtrate by chromatographic assays as described in the Experimental Section. The values shown are mean ± SD of three replicate specimens.
