Coinjection of VPC 23019 (VPC) and S1P enhances venular leakage. Changes in fluorescence intensity were measured after injection with 0.05 mg/kg body wt VPC 23019 (n = 6) or 0.05 mg/kg body wt VPC 23019 + 0.5 mg/kg body wt S1P (n = 5) before and after application of histamine.
