When the knee was at full extension (0°), all of the initial graft tension conditions produced significantly greater TF compressive forces than the ACL-intact knee. At 20°, only the laxity-based LaxTight condition was significantly greater than normal (A). On average the force-based approach more closely restored the TF compressive forces across the joint (B).
