Tumour appeared as a polypoid lesion (arrow) located on laryngeal surface of epiglottis (A). Histologically, lesion was moderately cellular with cells arranged in short bundles or interlacing fascicles (B). Cells were strongly immunoreactive for S-100 protein (C).
