RNA (10 μg) from liver (L), thymus (T), spleen (S), blood lymphocytes (Bl), intestinal cecal tonsils (I), bursa (Bu), DT40 B cell line (B), 857–7 γδ cell line (γδ), and CU15 αβ cell line (αβ) was electrophoresed in agarose, blotted on nylon membrane, and sequentially hybridized with 32P-labeled Cγ (G186cDNA origin) and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase probes.
