Coimmunoprecipitation in the presence of rifampin. HeLa cells were infected with vB5R-GFP/F12-HA, followed by transfection with pA36R-V5, in the presence or absence of 0.1 μg of rifampin/ml. Lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-HA MAb. Immune complexes were separated by SDS-PAGE and analyzed by Western blotting with anti-V5 HRP-conjugated MAb.
