Histopathology, incidence, and severity of chronic colitis of RAG−/− mice reconstituted with CD4+CD45RBhigh T cells and treated with either an irrelevant isotype monoclonal antibody (cmAb) or a mAb against mouse tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF mAb).
