A, MDM were infected with adenovirus expressing GFP (Ad-GFP) or Ad-OTK18, and treated with 10 μM lysosomal inhibitor (chloroquine), 10 μM proteosomal inhibitor (MG132), or 10 μM Calpain Inhibitor I for 16 hrs. B, Human microglia cell line was infected with Ad-OTK18 and treated with varying combinations of 100 nM staurosporine, 10 μM or 20 μM Caspase Inhibitor (Z-VAD-FMK), and 10 μM Calpain Inhibitor I for 16 hrs.
