Loss of Pkd1 does not constitutively activate the mTOR pathway. MEFs were serum deprived overnight, then stimulated for 15 min in the presence of 20% FBS. Immunoblots were probed with phospho-S6 to determine the level of mTOR activation. β-actin was used as a loading control.
