B) Frequency heatmaps of the 62 most commonly changed miRNAs in the four classes of patients. 0% indicates that the enumerated miRNA is unchanged in any of the individuals in that class, while 100% means that all individuals in the indicated class are changed for that miRNA. "Change" is defined by at least a 2 fold down- or up- regulation when compared to normal control PBMCs. The color-key for the % frequency scale is at the top right.
