EGFP colocalizes with ngn3 at E15.5. EGFP fluorescence was measured using an EGFP filter. Ngn3 was localized by immunohistochemistry of cryosections using an anti-ngn3 antibody and AlexaFluor 350 conjugated secondary antibody. Arrows indicate cells in which EGFP and ngn3 colocalize.
