Inactivation of WT and mutant eCPSs by PAO

The reaction mixtures contained 2.5 μm enzyme and 5.5 μm PAO. Where indicated 10 mm ATP plus 20 mm MgCl₂ was included in the reaction mixture. Aliquots were removed at the indicated times of incubation at 37 °C and assayed for CP synthesis activity.
