Inhibitory effects of the nine active compounds on the phosphatase activity of SHP-2. (A) Candidate compounds identified by CADD were screened using the in vitro tyrosine phosphatase assay as described in the Experimental Section. Compounds were dissolved in DMSO at 100 μM.
