Serum samples collected at week 2 post priming (week 2), at week 2 post boosting (week 6), and at week 28 before challenge infection were used to determine antibody levels specific to H5N1 virus by ELISA with whole H5N1 inactivated virus antigen. Antibody titers are shown as described in Materials and methods, and error bars indicate standard deviation (n = 6).
