(A) Immunohistochemical staining for Plg/plasmin (brown staining) in bone marrow (BM) sections from Plg+/+ and Plg−/− mice treated with 5-FU. Magnification ×100.

(B) Survival of 5-FU-treated mice was assessed daily.
