mRNA levels of genes involved in the β-cell differentiation pathway in pancreatic anlage cells. Pancreatic anlage cells from E12.5 embryos were used. RNA was prepared from the cells after 2 (open bars) or 5 d (filled bars) in culture with or without fixed islets.
