Current traces from a single αHL pore, showing blocks with Ctrl-2 and TBA in the presence of various divalent cations. The recording conditions were the same as Figure 2, and the traces were recorded in solutions of (a) BaCl2, (b) MgCl2 and (c) CaCl2.
