a Isolates from Pakistan were not tested for susceptibility to ciprofloxacin with the disc method, but were tested for minimum inhibitory concentration with nalidixic acid resistant strains and none were found resistant; out of 189 isolates detected during the surveillance period 127 isolates were subjected to all six susceptibility tests.
