Influenza virus-induced phosphorylation of RSK2. (A) 293 cells were infected with the PB2-627K virus (MOI of 3.0) or remained mock infected. Three or 5 hours later, cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-RSK2 antibody, followed by Western blot analysis with the indicated antibodies to phosphorylated forms of RSK2.
