IGF-1 levels in serum from Ebp1 knock out and wild type mice were assessed by ELISA as described in the Materials and Methods. B. Liver and kidneys of 3 month old wild type (WT) and knock out (KO) mice were analyzed by Western blotting for expression of IGFBP-3 or actin as indicated.
