Follistatin improves gross motor function. Mice were placed in a prone position and allowed to turn back to their feet within a maximum of 60 s. The capacity to turn within that time was plotted against age (A–C). Significant differences are indicated by asterisk as determined by Fisher's exact test. In addition, the fastest time to turn from two consecutive trials was plotted against age (D–F). No significant differences in the mean time to turn were detected.
